🔁 Return & Refund Policy
📝 We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:- 📦 Damaged product received
- ❌ Wrong item delivered
- 💀 Product in dead condition (DOA)
- ⚠️ Product is defective/not working properly
- 📅 3 days of delivery – for individual product purchases

💳 Refund Process
- ✅ Payment made via online gateway: Refund will be issued to the same account
- 🏦 Payment via Bank Transfer or COD: Refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account
- ⏳ Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account
📦 Order Cancellation & Delivery Issues
- ❗ If the customer cancels an already processed order, packaging & handling charges will be deducted
- 🚚 If the order is undelivered or returned (RTO), shipping charges will not be refunded
🛑 Cancellation Charges Policy
- ⏱️ If the customer requests to cancel the order before processing starts (usually within 24 hours), then 10% of the total order amount will be charged as cancellation charges. The rest will be refunded.
- ⚙️ If the customer requests cancellation after processing starts (usually after 24 hours), then 20% of the total order amount will be charged as cancellation charges. The rest will be refunded.
- 📦 If the product has already been dispatched or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, and refund is not possible in this case.
