Return & Refund Policy

At NCL Computer Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
  • Software, digital products, or consumables
  • Custom-built PCs (except in case of manufacturing defect)

3. COD Advance & Deduction Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 20% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.
  • This 20% advance amount is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation or return initiated by the customer for any reason.
  • If a return is approved due to valid reasons, the refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the order value.
  • For prepaid orders as well, in case of any approved return (including genuine reasons), a deduction of 20% of the order value will be applicable before processing the refund.
  • This deduction applies due to the nature of customized PC builds and associated operational costs.
  • The remaining eligible amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced after verification.
  • Replacement will be processed within 3–7 working days.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated as per applicable deductions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved return cases.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.
  • Applicable deductions (if any) will be applied before processing the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • COD advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team with order details
  • Provide images/videos of the issue
  • Wait for approval and instructions

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

9. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly with the respective brand service center.

10. Important Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
