          Delivery (Ranchi):

          Flat rate : ₹ 50 (Total Cost< ₹ 1500)

          Free shipping applicable on Products over ₹1500 on Selected Products


          Shipping Policy (Shipping Pan India):-

          All Domestic Orders are processed within 1-2 days, and shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Shipments are sent within 1-4 days from the date of order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.  NCL Computer is not responsible for any delays in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-4 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. NCL Computer is not responsible for any damage of product during transit but we try to assure secure packaging of shipment.


          Shipping in Ranchi (Local Medium):-

          All local orders are processed within the same day and shipped through our registered Hyperlocal Courier Partner or in some cases with high-value transactions it is shipped by our employees only in Ranchi.

          Note that if you buy any product from our website and for any reason the product is returned or the order is canceled then the delivery charge will not be refunded.

          Delivery Charge May Be Change According Your Delivery Address.

          Refund Policy

          We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product sent, the product is in dead condition, or the product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.

          If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer's bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

          If the customer cancels the order after the order is processed, the order packaging and processing charge will be deducted from the customer.

          If due to any reason the product is not delivered or the product is in RTO then the delivery charge will not be refunded.
